Bill Gates predicts an era of Internet TV

Founder Microsoft Bill Gates during performance at the World economic forum in Davos has declared, that the next years the TV expects serious transformation in which result actually there will be a merge of the personal computer and the TV.

Growth of quantity of the users connected to the Network by means of broadband lines, and increase in popularity of services like YouTube have already led to that the youth began to spend less time in front of screens of TVs. The next years flexibility of on-line video services will grow only therefore, according to Gates, more and more people will refuse traditional TV with its program adhered to time and commercial breaks in favour of Internet TV.

"In five years we will laugh that now is called as TV. I am am amazed with what people of it do not understand", - quotes Reuters words of founder Microsoft. Gates underlines, that now people are compelled to waste time in front of the screen in expectation of the interesting information or the program. Besides many are irritated strongly with long commercial breaks. With transition to Internet TV these problems will leave in the past.

Chad Harley, one of founders of video service YouTube which now belongs Google, underlines, that together with growth of popularity of on-line TV the advertising market on the Internet will change also. In the future advertising becomes much more purposeful, that will allow to raise its efficiency. By the way, works on creation of systems of delivery of advertising according to the user profiles are already conducted by many companies.
