Ten children-invalids with diagnosis "infantile cerebral paralysis" have received real possibility free of charge (!) to be trained on the computer... Event not ordinary if to consider that fact, that for many invalids the computer - unrealizable dream. Lucky beggars can be re-read on fingers of hands, and that is people who were already generated as the person with strong spirit and in a life have achieved something.

There is no sense to say that the computer for ten children with the limited physical possibilities means. Clearly one - at these children has appeared the future. It not mere words. After all with computer acquisition one of the pivotal, sharp for today problems - formation reception without which it is impossible to manage, especially in the conditions of market relations at once dares. Trades became much more, - and everyone demands profound knowledge. Therefore, if the person because of physical inability cannot visit a normal educational institution all its aspirations should be without fail concentrated in one direction - to self-education. Here again the leading role belongs to the computer with its great opportunities.

Self-education by means of the computer is also development of the person as filled to a limit knowledge of the intellectual. The main thing - not to stop on the reached successes, the received information should be transformed to real knowledge and understanding, that she will allow to go further in perfection of. It is necessary to develop constantly creative inclinations - quite good chance to be realised in many respects. To live a high-grade life - the general for all invalids desire. Full value - one of happiness conditions. It is difficult to disagree with it. Fast transformation of the computer into one of the effective remedies of realisation of professional and creative plans, huge demand for people, able to work in sphere of information technologies, plus explosive development of the Internet allow to much serious chance to cease to be invalids - in traditional sense of this word.

The state should incur maintenance of people with the limited possibilities computers and access to a global Network, but not in a private (disposable) order, and in a general plan. One should be thus provided - not simply only transfer of computers to families with children-invalids and their training in-home under individual programs, and, for more effective rehabilitation and formation at children of the correct relation to computer and Internet use, expansion of frameworks of their computer-network activity...

It is a question of expansion of a network of Internet clubs for people with the limited possibilities. Examples of involving of children-invalids in Internet club work are available. So, in the Siberian city of Strezhevoj, at support of the Center of an additional education of children, some years the Internet club where also children with the limited physical possibilities actively are engaged successfully functions. This experience is worthy. As they say, America should not be opened. The only stipulation - that at the mighty of this world was desire. And then such beautiful slogan as "Children - our future", will necessarily be realised. It is time to pass is full-scale from words to business.

And that after all that is created? As "Prospect" informs, the majority of Russian children and youth with physical inability till now test discrimination at formation reception. According to Ministry of Health of Russia, in the country about 650 thousand children-invalids about 18 years are elderly. On the statistican, in 2005/2006 educational year less than 130 thousand from them were trained in general educational and average special educational institutions. The others get education in specialised establishments where they are isolated from contemporaries, and quality of formation below an average, or they do not go to school at all. Such position, certainly, essentially reduces their chances of a further education and reception of work which will allow them to conduct an independent and worthy life.

Radically it is necessary to change all. Those reforms, that occur today in our society, - insufficiently, more constructive, effective actions are required. Otherwise one words all only, beautiful words about the future of our children...
